Ian Rowson

Prior to taking up a position with Oceanside Realty Ian held a senior position in the UK Police Service and was responsible for leading a large experienced team of officers. He was also responsible for the implementation and planning of corporate policy and its delivery through its core local partnerships.
Ian migrated to Perth in early 2000 and became involved in real estate almost immediately. In being a new migrant Ian understands the needs of his clients not only in selecting the right property but in being able to guide and advise his clients in all aspects of our local suburbs. He has remained with the same company throughout and has achieved great success through honesty, forthrightness and energy. This success has been regularly recognized by the Real Estate Industry in a series of awards for sales and outstanding performance. Ian has been a top achiever in the company for the last three years, netting sales in excess of $45 million dollars.
