Tim Wirth

Living in Seaforth all of his life and having the Real Estate gene in his blood, Tim Wirth came to Richardson & Wrench Seaforth Balgowlah following in his father’s footsteps.

Initially commencing in Property Management as a Leasing Consultant, Tim kicked his career off in this vital facet of Real Estate & broke the company record for leasing, twice in his first two months and since moving to Sales has continued to go from strength to strength.

Having graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Economics & Social Science with a major in Marketing, Tim is fully versed in strategic marketing concepts and how to use these concepts in the real world to minimise the stresses involved in one of life’s largest transactions and recognises the importance of the agent in maximising the sales opportunity within the given time frame with the minimum of fuss.

Tim has been involved in successful residential sales at all levels from land, apartments, penthouses, cottages through to magnificent mansions and luxury waterfront estates
