Not everyone engaged in real estate is capable of seeing their client’s dreams reach fruition. However, one such maestro who is, is Goran Vukovic who set record books a tumbling when he began as a ‘rookie’, with Prime Realty at Joondalup in Perth’s northern suburbs. Back then there was no REIWA ‘rookie of the month’ award, had there been he would have won it each month, for such was his ability to list and sell. Apparently there was a recession on in real estate at the time, problem was no-one bothered to tell Goran.

His results speak for themselves; in such a short time he helped many clients achieve their hopes and dreams. How ? By sheer hard work, nothing less. His philosophy is; a lacklustre effort does not produce results; hard work is the only way to accomplish goals. He works very hard, puts in that little bit more effort in all he does. His objective is to deliver the best service in the industry, no excuses or exceptions. Does he do that? Not too many people haven’t heard of him in Alexander Heights, Marangaroo, or surrounding areas. His status is legendary, not only amongst clients, but amongst well seasoned sales reps too.

Goran is thankful and will be eternally grateful to Prime Realty, who took him on as a raw recruit and turned him into their top sales rep for three consecutive years. When he opened up Power Realty in the Alexander Heights shopping centre, he was inundated with calls from reps eager to join his new company. Seeking a certain type of blend, Goran has carefully hand-picked his team. Power Realty don’t seek superstars, just reps with the right type of work ethic which when combined in unison will turn Power Realty into a star team!
