In his early years Robert watched and later helped his father run and manage his real estate agency in Townsville, one which John Dean owned for some 25 years. It was at this time that Robert first understood the importance of communication, dedication and integrity in business. These foundation characteristics which are with him to this day will clearly be seen when you first meet Robert.

Robert was appointed to the RE/MAX international network of outstanding professionals after a successful career in journalism with the Channel 7 Network. Realising that he really wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps, Robert showed the courage of his convictions, and made his next move into the real estate industry. First into the specialist area of marketing and selling home sites for a Land Marketing and Project company, Robert then learned about what RE/MAX had to offer, and the path became very clear. 14 years of selling home sites and homes for developers in Brisbane’s inner suburbs, culminated with the last 9 years based in Sinnamon Park’s prestigious Windermere Estate mostly selling home sites, plus new homes built by some of Brisbane’s leading builders.

Those years in technology and journalism have provided Robert with a real edge that you can take advantage of when buying or selling your property. His professional and down to earth manner have earned him the respect and trust by the residents in Brisbane’s inner suburbs who have entrusted him with their real estate needs.

Now in 2010, Robert is joined by his partner in life, Denise who, after 10 years of running her own successful team and training business, will provide their clients with exceptional service and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes, ultimately helping people move on with their lives offering real service, real performance and real results.
