Fred Seitzinger

Having been in Sales since he left school and was mainly self employed for about 20 years, the step to Real Estate Agent came quite easily for Fred Seitzinger. Fred has always enjoyed working with people and he believes that being involved in Real Estate is about people, not necesarily about houses. He understands the attachment people have towards their homes and treats all clients with respect and the understanding that he has been entrusted to sell their biggest asset.
Fred started working at Smart & Mckenzie in 1990 after working as a Buisness Broker for 4 years. Smart & Mckenzie was then located in the Forestway shopping centre and has since moved to the purposely built premises opposite the shopping centre. For almost 16 years Fred has been a consistent and hardworking Agent in the Forest area, and has been a top performer and is reconized by his peers as being in the top 5% of Real Estate Agents in the country. Fred has been awarded numerous Gold, Platinum and Diamond awards by the First National network, which is made up of over 500 offices in Australia and has won the Top 1st National agent in the Northern beaches zone for 3 out of the past 4 years. Fred was also awarded the prestigious "Super Achiever" award, only the second time this trophy has been awarded in NSW to date, as well as numerous other awards acknowledging his high levels of achievment, performance and commitment.
Fred is known to be honest, hardworking and is recognized as a " Vendor's Agent ", always aiming to get the top price for his vendors. At the same time he has the necessary skills to work with the buyers in a fair and equitable manner. His "Pride of Workmanship" award given by the Belrose Rotary Club is a fair indication of the regard in which he is held in his chosen field.
Fred moved to the Forest area in 1984 & was an active member of a local Service Club for some years as his way to assit the local community and has enjoyed his association with the club and the many fundraising activities they undertake.
