David Lynch

David has been involved in the Real Estate industry for the past twenty years and throughout his career has sold over 1,000 properties.

In 2007/2008 David sold over 70 million dollars in real estate, and therefore has extensive experience in property, residential and commercial sales, as well as off-the-plan projects. His knowledge and experience of the industry, including current legislation, market conditions and recent property sales, allows for an accurate and honest transaction.

His efforts have seen him achieve Life Membership of the Alan White Club in sales for the Ray White Group in WA, and have allowed him to be involved as a trainer at the corporate level, as well as in business planning and structuring for all franchise holders. David also holds a Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment. Having joined the ever growing franchise group, Peard & Associates, he found that the best way was to focus on being more of a boutique agency, which would concentrate on serving the people of the Western Suburbs and surrounds.

David’s commitment to the Peard group is stronger than ever. With a focus on customer service and a five star work ethic, he has achieved a high level of success, and is a Director and Licensee, alongside Peter Peard and Stuart Cox. Having now operated Peard West Coast for many years, he is as enthusiastic as ever, and enjoys dealing with people as well as the challenge of a constantly changing market.

David’s investor database now exceeds 1,000 clients of which he has regular contact with. He also has a large overseas client base, focusing in on clients from the East Coast of Australia, Singapore and Asia, Dubai, London and South Africa who are always looking to invest in Perth property.

David is a licensed Auctioneer, and is a proud member of the REIWA Auctioneers Committee. He is always keen to show his auction wares, and he excels in providing these services not only for property auctions but also charity auctions. David is a local Cottesloe resident, and enjoys the beach lifestyle along with his wife Trish and their two young boys. He and the Peard group are also the major sponsors for the Cottesloe surf club and Seaview Golf Course, North Fremantle football Club (Maggies).
