Belinda King

Born and raised in New Zealand, Belinda has called WA home since 1980 (albeit with a few international stints thrown in for good measure). This Floreat local began her career in real estate five years ago, after 15 years of working in sales and marketing. Starting out with Tony Harvey Real Estate, Belinda had great success as a listing and selling agent, thanks to her drive and enthusiasm.

Belinda relocated to Louisiana around the time of Hurricane Katrina, working for Century 21. With so many people in need of new homes, Belinda describes this 18-month period as ‘a very exciting time to be in real estate’. The experience drew on Belinda’s ability to listen carefully to each client’s needs while communicating effectively to achieve the best results for sellers and buyers alike. More recently, Belinda worked in Wellington, New Zealand, for a boutique agency called Just Paterson.

Now settled back in Perth with her husband and two children, Belinda has joined the Property People team and is looking forward to helping local residents achieve their real estate goals, as well as matching purchasers to their dream homes.
